We're sure you'll be happy with your selection of products from our store. However, we understand that sometimes the items arrive damaged or they aren't what you thought. Here are our policies:
- Returns policy
Items can be returned for exchange if error on our part
Items can be returned if you select the wrong size -- but you will have to pay postage
Items can be returned if goods are damaged when you recieve them
- Special Exceptions
We do not exchange items where you have damaged the goods
- Refunds
We give refunds only if the products are not as described, or we have sent wrong items.
We do not refund if you change your mind.
